Registration fee is $5 for students and $10 for non-students (in order to get a more accurate head count for planning purposes), covering all the conference events (keynote presentations, poster session/mixer, and training workshops). The registration is through UConn Marketplace.
Student poster presenters will get a code after submission of poster abstract so that the registration fee will be waived.
We are committed to providing a welcoming environment to all participants and to engaging students from under-represented groups. The demographic info that we collect enables us to see trends, improvements, and shortfalls in the diversity of our participants, and report to our sponsor, the National Science Foundation. Only aggregated frequencies with 10 or higher counts will be used in our summaries.
