Registration includes entrance to all conference events and
access to 1–3 workshops on Friday afternoon.
We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for
all participants and to engaging students from under-represented
groups. Demographic information is collected only to assess
trends, improvements, and shortfalls in participation diversity.
Only aggregated summaries with cell counts of 10 or higher will
be used.
Presenting Students may apply to have the
registration fee reimbursed after the symposium. Taxes
are not eligible for reimbursement.
Out-of-state students may apply for travel support
up to $450. Priority will be given to student
presenters.
An optional résumé book for sponsors will be collected. A
submission link will be provided in the registration
confirmation email.
Abstract submissions can be made through a link included in
the registration confirmation email.
